Welcome to the ELEMENTS blog. We are an experiential learning program.

We have created this blog as an extension to the learning environment in our classroom; but, it also provides a medium for students to showcase and discuss what they created, experienced, or want to see in the classroom.

Canoe Trip with the School

On Thursday the 3rd of April, me and my class went canoeing we left on a native reserve called the Beacher Bay Reserve #2. We went to an island where Disney filmed a video or movie. The canoe we were used could fit 18 people. I like to canoe. I used to canoe at a camp that me and my family went to called White Crow at the Cowichan Valley.
The trip to Reserve # 2 was very nice and took about 10-15 minutes. On the way back we had a little problem but I hope it will be resolved. We had hot dogs on the beach of the Island we canoed to. There was also a rescue boat riding beside us when we were canoeing to the island and back. There was a dog on the rescue boat named Duke. Duke went crazy over rocks. I think it was very funny. We also were looking or I was looking for Hudson Bay buttons. Finally, there was also cool looking glass laying around really old. That was my day at the beach.
